If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and process a refund if needed.

📦 Damaged Package in Transit

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please:
- Do not accept the delivery, or
- Take photos/videos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Note : All Domestic and International Shipment are fully insured. On any damaged product received, which happened during the transit or not received by the customer can be claimed as per the terms and condition mentioned in Refund and Return Policy and the product cost is eligible to be refunded as per the approved amount received from the courier partner selected from your end during placing the order.

Additionally for International Shipment the above insured amount is applicable for both product cost and courier charges only and the maximum amount payable from our end is 100USD which ever is lesser.
