At KSETRIKAGRHA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care to ensure that all food and grocery products are hygienically packed and delivered in good condition. Please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food and grocery products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:

• The product is damaged during transit
• The incorrect product is delivered
• The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for a return or refund, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used food products
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Products returned without original packaging
• Items purchased during promotional offers or clearance sales

Refund Process

• Once your request is received, our team will review and verify the issue
• You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund request
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout

Replacement Policy

In the case of damaged, expired, or incorrect products, we may offer:

• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund, subject to product availability and customer preference

Shipping Costs

If a return or refund is approved due to our error (damaged, expired, or incorrect product), the return shipping cost will be borne by KSETRIKAGRHA.
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
