At KSETRIKAGRHA, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care to ensure that all food and grocery products are hygienically packed and delivered in good condition. Please review our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only for defective products.
Defective products include:
- Products damaged during transit.
- Incorrect products delivered.
- Products that are expired at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns for non-defective products, change-of-mind purchases, products ordered by mistake, or products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery along with clear photos or videos as proof. Returns requested after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned without their original packaging.
- Items purchased during promotional offers or clearance sales.
Refund Process
- Once your request is received, our team will review and verify the issue based on the provided proof.
- You will be notified via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be credited automatically to the original payment method used at checkout.
Replacement Policy
In the case of verified damaged, expired, or incorrect products, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same product (subject to product availability), OR
- A full refund, based on customer preference.
Shipping Costs
For approved defective returns (damaged, incorrect, or expired products), KSETRIKAGRHA will bear all return shipping charges and replacement delivery charges.
Customers will not be charged any return shipping fee for approved defective returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for all other cases.
Return Instructions
Customers must contact KSETRIKAGRHA before returning any product.
Do not send any product back without prior approval from our customer support team.
If your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.

Cancellation Policy
To request an immediate cancellation, please contact us right away via email or WhatsApp.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Note : All Domestic and International Shipment are fully insured. On any damaged product received, which happened during the transit or not received by the customer can be claimed as per the terms and condition mentioned above and the product cost is eligible to be refunded as per the approved amount received from the courier partner selected from your end during placing the order.
Additionally for International Shipments
For international shipments, the maximum compensation payable is USD 100 or the actual product and courier cost, whichever is lower, subject to approval of the claim under this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
