Return and Refund Policies

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at your email address. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened food products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the  receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return, Exchanges & Cancellations  

KSETRIKAGRHA does not offer any return or exchange facility. After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order by giving proper reasons for cancellation, only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. In case of cancellation, there is no credit refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another KSETRIKAGRHA product(s) available on our website of same or higher value by paying the remainder. Any product that has been missing, hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered along with the unboxing video mandatorily and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else KSETRIKAGRHA will not be liable to accept the product. In such cases, the customer will have to write to shreegopalenterprises22@gmail.com and a prompt response is guaranteed from our end. We will investigate the damage from our end. We will try to repair or replace the product. However, KSETRIKAGRHA reserves the right to determine authenticity of damage and to decide whether we may be able to repair or replace the product. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. KSETRIKAGRHA will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the product.

**Note- Always make unboxing video while opening the packet as it is compulsory to share unboxing video while raising claim for wrong/empty/damaged product within 24 hours of delivery**
