We offer a wide variety of high-quality rice including Basmati, Sona Masoori, Gobindobhog, Miniket, Parboiled, and more. All our products are carefully sourced and quality-checked before delivery.
Q2: Is your rice organic or chemical-free?
We prioritize purity and quality. While not all products are certified organic, we do offer chemical-free and naturally sourced rice options. Each product page will mention the specific details.
Q3: How is the rice packaged?
All rice is hygienically packed in moisture-proof, food-grade bags to preserve freshness and avoid contamination. You can choose from multiple sizes (1kg, 5kg, 10kg.).

Q4: Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we currently deliver across most locations in India. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us with your PIN code.
Q5: How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3โ7 working days depending on your location. Youโll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Q6: What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders to be picked from our Location through your logistic partner or else a delivery charge is applicable.ย

Q7: What is your return policy?
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q8: Can I return rice after opening the pack?
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened food products. Please inspect the product before opening.
Q9: How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days after approval.
